You may use Piisend to send lawful email, including transactional and marketing messages where you have appropriate consent. You are responsible for content, recipient permissions, and compliance with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR).

Keep account credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must not use Piisend for spam, phishing, fraud, or other harmful activity. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for policy or abuse violations.

Piisend is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
